Terms & Conditions
In order to register for a Cultural Access Pass (CAP), you must read and agree with the following statements, terms and conditions;
- I am a Canadian citizen, who received my citizenship in the last 365 days.
- I am at least 18 years of age.
- All information that I provide during the registration process is true to the best of my knowledge.
- CAP grants complimentary admission to participating institutions for myself (pass holder) and up to four of my dependent minor children.
- CAP is not transferable and may not be valid for special presentations and events, parking or separately priced exhibitions or programs.
- When using CAP, I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the participating institutions.
- I will not alter my CAP in any way.
- In order to pick-up my pass, I will bring my commemorative document and a piece of photo ID to a designated pick-up location.
- In order to use my CAP, I agree to present my pass along with a piece of photo ID.
- Participating institutions are subject to change without notice.
- My CAP can be cancelled at any time at the discretion of the Institute for Canadian Citizenship.
- Registration for and participation in the CAP program are subject to ICC's Privacy Policy.
