In order to register for a Cultural Access Pass (CAP), you must read and agree with the following statements, terms and conditions;

I am a Canadian citizen, who received my citizenship in the last 365 days.
I am at least 18 years of age.
All information that I provide during the registration process is true to the best of my knowledge.
CAP grants complimentary admission to participating institutions for myself (pass holder) and up to four of my dependent minor children.
CAP is not transferable and may not be valid for special presentations and events, parking or separately priced exhibitions or programs.
When using CAP, I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the participating institutions.
I will not alter my CAP in any way.
In order to pick-up my pass, I will bring my commemorative document and a piece of photo ID to a designated pick-up location.
In order to use my CAP, I agree to present my pass along with a piece of photo ID.
Participating institutions are subject to change without notice.
My CAP can be cancelled at any time at the discretion of the Institute for Canadian Citizenship.
Registration for and participation in the CAP program are subject to ICC's Privacy Policy.
