CAP Pick-Up Locations

If you have registered for a Cultural Access Pass, you may pick up your pass at any of the designated pick-up locations listed below. Please be sure to note the hours of operation. There is no need to call ahead or make an appointment - your pass will be printed when you present the items listed below.

To pick-up your pass, please bring:

  1. A piece of photo ID with your birth date on it
  2. Your registration confirmation number (found on the registration confirmation page or the confirmation e-mail sent to you after you registered)
  3. Your Commemorative Document (the letter sized certificate with your name and date of citizenship given to you at the citizenship ceremony)
